Ageing in barrels made at DBR/ Lafite's cooperage grants the wine nice toasty, coffee, and cinnamon notes that perfectly combine with blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry, and blackberry, and blend with licorice, dark chocolate, peppermint, and black and white pepper.
